Fresh + Crisp Cucumber Smoothie

Quite a few people wanted the full recipe for this delicious cucumber smoothie after I posted it on Instagram a while back! Nothing like hydrating your skin and nourishing your body with some gorgeous greens. I like to add ground flax seed sometimes because it can protect against cancer, reduce inflammation, and regulate the cardiovascular system (I should mention some research suggests not to use flax seed when pregnant or breast feeding). RECIPE FOR CUCUMBER SMOOTHIE

Instructions
  1. Place ingredients into a high speed blender (I recommend Vitamix).
  2. Blend and use the tamper to get anything on the sides.
  3. Once it is your desired consistency, pour into a large glass and enjoy!
